    Goedendag,

     

    Even een vraagje aan de deskundige(n):

     

    Geldt de Wet Overgang Onderneming (WOO) ook voor een Limited in Nederland?

    Dus moet het Nederlandse personeel verplicht mee gaan naar het bedrijf dat het contract (outsourcing) gewonnen heeft?

    Of kan het personeel via eenofandere Ltd constructie gewoon in dienst blijven?

    De Wet Overgang Onderneming (art.7:662 - 7:666) is een uitvloeisel van EEG-richtlijn 77/187 EEG dd 14 februari 1977.

     

    De WOO is ook van toepassing op een LTD
