    Hallo,

     

    Op de factuur van de KVK staat geen BTW vermeld.

    Betekend dit dat zij het 0% tarief hanteren??

     

    Of kan ik dit gewoon als kosten opnemen in de administratie - 19 % BTW?

     

    Ik hoor de reacties wel.

    Op de facturen van de KvK staat inderdaad geen BTW. De reden hiervan is dat de KvK geen onderneming is of vrijgesteld is voor de omzetbelasting. Als er geen BTW op de factuur staat, kun je deze uiteraard ook niet aftrekken.

    dus gewoon het hele bedrag als kosten op de winst in mindering brengen.

    Aanvulling, volgens mij betaal je wel BTW bij de kvk voor opvragen online uittreksels en voor evenementen....

    De KVK kent ook wat commercielere diensten als bijvoorbeeld het opvragen van adressenbestanden etc, daar betaal je wel B.T.W. over

    Elke uitgang heeft een ingang....

    Het betreft enkel de inschrijving, maar voor mij is het nu heel duidelijk!
