    Hallo,

     

    Iemand heeft mij geholpen in mijn onderneming.

    Hij is gewoon particulier en wil geen belastingellende.

     

    Kan ik hem nu kadobonnen schenken en deze binnen de onderneming als kosten boeken?

    Het zou gaan om 500 euro.

     

    Moet hij deze bonnen toch nog als inkomen opgeven??

     

    Ik hoor het wel.

    Een gift mag tot 217 euro o.i.d. als er geen gezagsverhouding bestaat. Op de site van de belastingdienst staan de exacte criteria hiervoor.

    Bezoekhetziekenhuis.nl: Eenvoudig bezoeken plannen aan de patiënt en communiceren met patiënt, familie en vrienden. ! Maak een account aan als een familielid in het ziekenhuis ligt en je kunt gezamenlijk de bezoektijden inplannen.

    als ik dit lees is dat op jaarbasis.

    ik kan natuurlijk wel 250 een hem en 250 aan zijn vrouw schenken.
