    Over importeren vanuit landen als china etc. wordt voldoende gepraat...over importeren uit bijvoorbeeld duitsland een stuk minder...komt dit omdat het (door de E.U.) zo makkelijk is dat er weinig problemen kunnen ontstaan? of moet je toch nog wel rekening houden met bijvoorbeeld appart aangeven bij de belastingdienst of invoerrechten etc?

     

    Ik hoor erg veel tegenstrijdige verhalen over importeren vanuit een land als duitsland..en ben erg benieuwd wat er nou klopt en wat niet...

    hoop dat iemand wat duidelijkheid kan geven.

    er zal waarschijnlijk geimporteerd worden uit china vanwege het kostenplaatje............import vanuit een EU land geef je bij je aangifte omzetbelasting op bij rubriek 4........import binnen EU..........btw moet je dan afdragen hierover, maar wordt vervolgens bij rubriek 5 voorbelasting weer opgeteld.........per saldo is de aangifte via deze post import binnen EU nihil, maar voldoe je wel aan de gestelde eisen van aangifte...........

    Hou wel rekening met lokale belastingen. (denk aan accijnzen) Zelfs als je water koopt in het buitenland moet je verbruiksbelasting betalen wanneer je het naar Nederland haalt.
