    Hallo,

     

    Ik heb een vraag over een arbeidsbeloning aan mijn fiscale partner. Mijn vrouw heeft ongeveer 8 uur per week meegewerkt in mijn onderneming in 2007. Ik wil haar een arbeidsbeloning geven alleen nu is mijn vraag welke vergoeding per uur de fiscus hanteert.

     

    Kan iemand mij hier mee helpen?

    De fiscus schrijft geen uurtarieven voor. Wel moet de beloning in redelijke verhouding staan tot de werkzaamheden die zijn verricht.
