    Ik ben bezig met mijn aangifte 2007 en liep tegen het volgende aan:

     

    In 2007 ben ik bezig geweest met het opzetten van een onderneming en heb hiervoor een haalbaarheidsonderzoek uit laten voeren. Nu las ik op http://www.belastingdienst.nl/zakelijk/ondernemen_kosten/ondernemen_kosten-02.html#P15_1464 dat deze kosten aftrekbaar zijn.

     

    Hoewel er flinke stappen zijn gezet richting de start van de onderneming is dit nog niet gebeurd en ben ik heel 2007 in loondienst geweest. Waar kan ik deze kosten in de electronische aangifte van 2007 aftrekken?

    Voor de duidelijkheid: je hébt dus geen bedrijf opgericht, enkel als particulier een onderzoek laten uitvoeren naar de eventuele haalbaarheid van een eventueel bedrijf?

    Jep, klopt exact. De oprichting is wel nabij. Mocht het nu niet aftrekbaar zijn, zijn deze kosten dan wel na oprichting nog aftrekbaar?

    Niet aftrekbaar, wel opvoerbaar als (opstart)kosten.

    Yep.

     

    Gebruikelijk is het om dergelijke facturen te boeken op de eerste dag dat je officieel bent gestart.

    Misschien is het een idee om op zoek te gaan naar een boekhoudkantoor voor jouw adminstratie.
