    Mijn winst is lager dan 12.110 Euro, volgens de tabel van de belastingdienst heb ik nu een zelfstandigenaftrek van 6.331 Euro. Mijn winst is echter minder dan 6.331 Euro, waardoor ik dus op een verlies uit zou komen als ik dit hele bedrag aftrek. Is dit correct of mag ik maximaal het bedrag aftrekken dat ik winst heb gemaakt. (zodat mijn winst dus op nul uit komt.)

    Je winst komt op nul uit in dit geval, zelfstandigenaftrek is tot maximaal de hoogte van je winst.

    Ik ben niet echt een expert, maar zoals ik het begrijp kan je juist de zelfstandigenaftrek en bijv de startersafterk volledig, dus ook tot aan een negatief bedrag aftrekken. Dit negatieve bedrag is vervolgens met IB van 3 voorgaande jaren te verrekenen, hetgeen dus tot teruggaaf kan leiden.
