    • Eenmanszaak wordt VOF: zelfde KvK-nummer?

    Hallo, ik heb al enige tijd een eenmanszaak en wil samen met mijn vrouw een vof beginnen. Ik moet dan natuurlijk naar de Kamer van Koophandel om mijn rechtsvorm te wijzigen. De naam van mijn bedrijf blijft gewoon hetzelfde. Krijg ik dan een geheel nieuwe inschrijving of kan ik mijn oude nummer van mijn eenmanszaak behouden en alleen wat gegevens wijzigen. Wie weet hier meer van?

    Je KvK-nummer blijft gewoon hetzelfde als je rechtsvorm verandert van eenmanszaak naar vof.

    Vorig jaar dezelfde materie aan de hand gehad. KVK nummer blijft inderdaad gewoon hetzelfde. BTW nummer verandert als het goed is echter wel.

    Sorry hoor, maar is dit de KvK informatie balie? Dit is een concrete vraag aan de Kamer van Koophandel, bel dan gewoon de KvK.

    De meeste vragen hier kun je beter stellen aan de kvk of de belastingdienst. Het hele punt is nu juist een ander platform te maken waarin mensen de informatie kunnen vinden die ze zoeken.

    Ik kan me voorstellen dat mensen die vragen omtrent de belasting hebben, ze liever hier stellen omdat bij de belastingdienst vaak een wachttijd is van een half uur (de keren dat ik heb gebeld).
