    • Notaris: wanneer wel/niet?

    Hallo allemaal,

     

    Nog maar eens een vraagje (wat zou ik moeten zonder Higher Level? ;) ). Het issue is nu dit: ik heb binnenkort te maken met een aandelentransactie, er moeten wat aandelen van een partij naar een drietal andere partijen. Alle partijen zijn al aandeelhouders binnen het bedrijf, dus er komt niemand van buitenaf bij. Wel gaat er 1 partij uit. Mijn vraag is nu: moet ik deze wijzigingen in het register van aandeelhouders doen met of zonder "hulp" van een notaris? Ik weet dat wijziging van statuten per notariele acte moet, maar dit ook?

    ALLE aandelentransacties bij BV's moeten bij de notaris bekrachtigd worden. Dat staat ik de wet.

     

    De notaristarieven zijn inmiddels vrijgegeven, zie www.degoedkoopstenotaris.nl voor de tarieven. Zelf net een stichting opgericht bij www.vangrafhorst.nl in Utrecht. Vriendelijk, vlot, goed en goedkoop.
