    Goedenmiddag,,

     

    Ik ben bezig om een grote partij producten uit duitsland in te kopen, nou vroeg ik mij af of ik daar ook de BTW van terug kan vorderen? Dat kan natuurlijk niet bij de nederlandse belastingdienst...Moet ik dat via de Duitse belastingdienst doen ??? Of hoef ik helemaal geen BTW te betalen aan m'n leverancier.

    Het eenvoudigste is dat ze je IC leveren, staat heel veel over op het forum
