    Ik zit het "Opgaaf Startende Onderneming" van de belastingdienst in te vullen, maar ik weet niet precies hoe ik vraag 9 - is de DGA in loondienst - moet beantwoorden....

     

    Moet de DGA in loondienst zijn?

    Afgaande op jouw andere vragen verricht je arbeid als DGA voor jouw BV. Dus ja. Verplicht in loondienst.
