    Hallo Higherlevels,

     

    Misschien een stomme vraag, maar toch stel ik hem zodat ik 100% zekerheid heb.

     

    Ik had in 2008 een eenmanszaak. Die was per 01-10-2008 omgezet in een BV. Ik ben nu bezig mijn IB aangifte in te vullen. Dus deze heeft betrekking op de eenmanszaak. Die VPB voor de overige drie maanden moet ik apart indienen.

     

    MIjn vraag gaat over het boekjaar. Moet ik als boekjaar 01 januari 2008 t/m 30-09-2008 nemen. Of moet ik als boekjaar 01 januari 2008 t/m 31-12-2008 nemen voor de IB aangifte?

    dan is jouw EMZ opgehouden te bestaan op 1-10-08 als dat de datum was waarop de BV fiscaal tot stand gekomen is n.a.v. de geregistreerde voorovereenkomst / intentieverklaring.
