    Kreeg vandaag een ´herinnering vennootschapsbelasting doen van schatting´ in de bus. Heb overal gezocht op de site van de belastingdienst, maar kom het schattingsformulier niet tegen.

     

    Heeft iemand enig iidee hoe ik dit alsnog kan insturen ? Ik dacht dat schatting niet verplicht was, derhalve niet ingestuurd.

    Beste Deno,

     

    Kijk op www.belastingdienst.nl en tik bij de zoekfunctie 'schatting vennootschapsbelasting' in.

     

    Makkelijker kunnen ze het niet maken. ;)

    Op de site is het formulier niet te downloaden. Je kunt een duplicaat aanvragen bij de fiscus 0800-0543.

    Ik heb een aanvullende vraag mbt tot het invullen van het formulier (2008/2009):

     

    Wat is het verschil tussen de "belastbare winst" (regel 1c) en het "belastbaar bedrag" (regel 1e)?

     

    Via de belastingdienst kom ik niet verder. Ook heb ik uitgebreid gegoogled, maar kan niets vinden. Bij voorbaat dank voor de hulp!

    beste Stier,

     

    Het verschil is vraag 1d: compensabele verliezen. Dat staat gewoon op het formulier ::)

     

    Kortom, als de BV nog verliezen heeft te verrekenen, dan vul je vraag 1d in en wordt vraag 1e nul euro., als die verliezen groter zijn dan de winst.

    Als ik het goed heb, komt de belastbare winst vanaf de W/V-rekening(of in dit geval je geschatte winst). Vervolgens vul je de eventuele verrekenbare verliezen in. Deze haal je van de belastbare winst af om vervolgens op het belastbaar bedrag uit te komen.

     

    But correct me if i'm wrong.
