    ik wil graag mini iphones gaan importeren voor een kennis is dit illegaal?

     

    Het logo is nergens terug te vinden en hij is veel kleiner dan de echte iphone.

     

    Of valt het onder wet van vergelijkenis?

    Het is namaakrotzooi, ik zou me er niet aan wagen eerlijk gezegd...

    Ik denk dat je hier wel flinke problemen mee gaat krijgen bij het invoeren.

    Hij wordt verkocht als zijnde een iPhone, lijkt er ook op maar softwarematig is het gewoon een onding.

     

    Op vakantie in Thailand heb ik zo'n nepperd in handen gehad, en liep constant vast bij het gebruik.

    Ik kon deze kopen voor omgerekend 45 euro, maar is het geld totaal niet waard.

     

    Het enigste voordeel wat ik wel fijn vond was dat je er 2 simkaarten tegelijk in kon gebruiken.

    Maar er staat op geen enkel iets Iphone. Alleen MINI en de afmetingen zijn helemaal anders het lijkt erop omdat je touchscreen hebt net als LG.

     

    Of ligt dit anders?

    Het beste kun je morgen gewoon even contact met de Douane opnemen en hen die vraag stellen.

    Ook al is het een mini hij lijkt gewoon sprekend op de iPhone. En als hij volgens jou op de LG lijkt dan

    mag je hem ook niet importeren.
