    • Inschrijven KvK: Boekhouder / Belastingadviseur verplicht??

    De titel zegt het al: wij gaan ons morgen inschrijven bij de KvK. Ik dacht alle formulieren te hebben gedownload en ingevuld...nu kom ik dit formulier tegen:

     

    voorbereiding_gemeenschappelijke_inschrijving_kvk_on1001z3pl.pdf

     

    Hierin staan wat dingen die je ter voorbereiding in kunt vullen. Is dit formulier verplicht? vragen ze hiernaar?

     

     

    Het eerste in te vullen punt is: "Gegevens van de belastingadviseur of boekhouder"

     

    Moet je één van deze 2 hebben? Wij maken nog niet veel winst / omzet. Het idee was om alles netjes in een excel te verwerken: artikelen met inkoopprijs en verkoop prijs. Berekende BTW en factuurnummer zodat het papierwerk ook terug te zoeken is.

     

    Op het eind van het jaar willen wij dan alles laten invullen door een belastingadviseur mbt de IB aangifte.

     

    Is dit niet voldoende? Of is een bel.adviseur / boekhouder écht verplicht?? ???

    Lijkt me een beetje stug. Anders vul je gewoon in dat je "nog oriënterend" bent op dat punt.

    nee hoor het is niet verplicht..

     

    Het staat op het formulier omdat als je er 1 hebt dan kun je ook een deze adviseur ook machtigen om de aangiftes in te dienen namens jou. maar dan moet die adviseur wel bekend zijn bij de belastingdienst voor jou onderneming.

     

    Maar als je er (nu) geen hebt kun je de vraag gewoon overslaan
