    Beste ondernemers,

     

    Ik huur een stukje grond en ik wil daar een aantal containers op plaatsen.

    Deze containers wil ik gaan verhuren als opslag box.

    Nu vroeg ik mij af heb ik dan nog iets van vergunningen nodig?

    ik zou als eerste bij de gemeente nagaan of dat toegestaan is in het bestemmingsplan.

    vraag mezelf af wat je in zo'n box kan opslaan. Hou je rekening met de weersinvloeden (regen kou hitte) En hoe zit het met de beveiliging en de aansprakelijkheid?

     

    En waar onderscheid je jezelf mee t.o.v. Citybox e.d. ? misschien op prijs?

     

    Ligging van het stuk land?

     

    zomaar een paar vragen die in mij opkomen.

     

    Ik ben trouwens een regelmatige gebruiker van tijdelijke opslag. Ideaal hoe flexibel dit tegenwoordig is.

    Al dat soort dingen kan contractueel geregeld worden neem ik aan.

    uiteraard kan je alles in een contract vastleggen maar ik bedoel eigenlijk dat deze vorm van opslag niet voor alle goederen geschikt zal zijn. De containers staan buiten en je hebt dan toch met weersinvloeden te maken.

     

    En hoe maak je de container bereikbaar als je ze gaat stapelen? Anders gaan er maar weinig containers op een stukje grond.

     

    tijdelijke opslag is denk ik wel lucratief gezien de wildgroei in aanbieders. Misschien kijken of je op dat stukje een pand hiervoor neer kan zetten?

    Ik lees nu dat je het stukje grond huurt. dan zal zelf bouwen wel geen optie zijn. :-[

    Zomaar iemand

    Neem eens contact op met de grotere jongens. Ik zit in een pand van All Space, deze zijn altijd op zoek naar nieuwe francisenemers en kunnen je ook heel specifiek helpen met al je vraagstukken. Bovendien hoef je dan ook het wiel niet opnieuw uit te vinden.

     

    Ik denk dat je dat verhaal met die zeecontainer beter kan vergeten, tenzij je bouwmaterialen wilt opslaan.
