    Hallo forum,

     

    Ik heb druk gezocht op het forum maar ik kom er toch niet helemaal uit.

     

    Mijn inkomsten komen vooral uit intracommunautaire prestaties binnen de EU en zijn niet zo groot dat ik de kleine-ondernemersregeling zou kunnen toepassen. Vallen de facturen van deze diensten volledig buiten de BTW aangifte (afgezien van de opgaaf ICP)? Kun je op intracommunataire prestaties uberhaupt KOR voordeel behalen?
