    ABCOUDE - Wanbetaling is een risico voor elke ondernemer. Dat is de reden waarom de Europese Unie een richtlijn tegen wanbetaling heeft aangenomen. Ondernemers en overheden die facturen meer dan 30 dagen na de factuurdatum betalen, krijgen boetes. De maatregelen moet het Europese bedrijfsleven 180 miljard euro extra liquiditeit opleveren. Wat zijn de maatregelen precies en wanneer gaan ze in? De redactie zocht het voor u uit.

    Linkje naar artikel op BNR. Net zo beknopt maar zonder registratie. Zou gaan om een rente van 8% en 40 euro administratiekosten.
