    Stel ABC BV opereert met het merk 'X' in de markt. Zij gaat een contract aan met een overheidsinstantie. Mag het contract dan ondertekend worden met:

     

    Merk X

     

    A.B.C. Achternaam

    directeur

     

    Of moet het ondertekend worden door de rechtspersoon:

     

    ABC BV

     

    A.B.C. Achternaam

    directeur

    voor zover ik weet moet het met de B.V , een contract moet volgens mij met een rechtspersoon worden afgesloten , natuurlijk of niet naturlijk.

     

    wat mischien interessant is, is de reden hiervoor. als het goed is het merk onderdeel van de B.V dan zou er geen probleem zijn toch ?

    Hmmm... Ik denk merk. Maar als ze het merk ook als handelsnaam registreren kan het dus wel?

    Merk of handelsnaam?

     

    Hmmm... Ik denk merk. Maar als ze het merk ook als handelsnaam registreren kan het dus wel?

    Als 'A BV' als handelsnaam 'Piet' heeft, dan kan er namens 'Piet' ondertekend worden.
