    Ik heb een schikking getroffen en moet nu een schadevergoeding betalen, maar is deze vergoeding fiscaal aftrekbaar? Ik kan het nergens terugvinden op dit forum en lees verschillende conclusies op internet.

     

    Hopelijk kan iemand mij exact vertellen hoe het zit?

    Hopelijk kan iemand mij exact vertellen hoe het zit?

    Als het zakelijk is, dan is het gewoon aftrekbaar. Overigens zal een schadevergoeding vaak vrij van BTW zijn.

    Indien de eerder (ten onrechte) ontvangen auteursrechten ook zakelijk zijn meegenomen als inkomsten dan lijkt het mij dat de schadevergoeding ook zakelijk mee te nemen is als kosten.
