    Bij 3b: "Leveringen naar of diensten in landen binnen de EU" vroeg ik mij af wat ik aanmoet met een bedrijf uit de VS die wel een BTW nummer heeft in de EU. Het is echter wel een BTW nummer beginnend met 'EU' en in de opgaaf intracommunautaire prestaties (ICP) kon ik dit niet in de lijst vinden met landen? Ik weet dus niet wat ik hiermee aanmoet, iemand toevallig ervaringen hiermee of die het weet? Bedankt :)

    lijkt mij dat dit gewoon valt onder export naar een niet EU land. Immers het is een Amerikaans bedrijf. Dat zij een EU BTW nummer hebben(iemand ooit van gehoord?) lijkt mij niet relevant.
