    Wij hebben een VOF in Nederland en in Duitsland nog 2 bedrijven. Meer dan 90% van onze inkomsten komt uit Nederland en wij hebben gekozen voor behandeling als binnenlands belastingplichtige.

     

    Ons woonland is Duitsland.

     

    De vraag: dien je op de aangifte inkomstenbelasting formulier C ook het Duitse inkomen( positief of negatief) te vermelden? Wij doen in Duitsland ook aangifte inkomstenbelasting en hierin vermelden wij onze Nederlands inkomsten uit de VOF.
