    Ik ben bezig met het oprichten van een importbedrijf. De website is in het engels. Alle teksten zijn in het engels en ik bedien heel europa. Mogen dan de Algemene voorwaarden ook alleen in het engels zijn? Of moet dat in elke taal? Hoe zit dat?

     

    En is het een probleem om in o.a. NL te verkopen aan detailist als de website in het engels is?

    Beste uw,

     

    Kijk in dit kader eens naar deze post: AV in verschillende talen. Heb je enkel met professionele partijen te maken dan zijn de regels iets soepeler, al blijft voorop staan dat de wederpartij de AV in alle redelijkheid moet kunnen begrijpen. Dit om toepasselijkheidsproblemen in conflictsituaties te voorkomen.

     

    Daarnaast zou ik (uiteraard in alle versies) Nederlands recht van toepassing verklaren.
