    Ik ga dit jaar voor meer dan het max. bedrag (ca. 55.000 euro) investeren. Het bedrag dat boven het maximum bedrag voor de 28% komt leidt dus niet tot meer investeringsaftrek.

    Nu ga ik ook desinvesteren voor een x duizend euro op een aankoop uit 2011 (28%.). Wordt die desinvesteringbijtelling afgetrokken van de investeringsaftrek?

     

    Dus, rekenvoorbeeld:

     

    Stel, investering is 60.000 euro. Max aftrek is 28% van ca 55.000 euro = ca 15.400

    Stel: desinvestering is 6.000 euro. Is dan het bedrag voor de investeringsafrek 60.000-6.000=54.000?
