    Een recent rapport van de Inspectie SZW (voorheen Arbeidsinpectie) signaleert dat vooral laagbetaalde zzp’ers en werknemers met een laag loon en een flexibel contract te maken kunnen krijgen met onderbetaling, te lange werktijden, illegale tewerkstelling en uitbuiting. Deze groep werknemers is groot: ruim tien procent van alle werkenden. Het betreft 708.000 flexwerkers en 170.000 ZZPers met een slechte financiële positie. Met name in de horeca (41% van workforce) en landbouw (23% van werkkrachten) is dit risico aanwezig.
