    Ik repareer laptops als ZZP'er. Stel, ik ben bezig een MacBook te voorzien van een nieuwe accu, waarbij ik een iets te lange schroef gebruik bij het monteren en daarbij het scherm breek (schade: € 550).

     

    Valt dit onder beroeps- of bedrijfsaansprakelijkheid?
