    Beste mensen,

     

    In het kader van een financieringsbehoefte ihkv van een business idee dat ik heb in een BV kwam ik te spreken met een zakenrelatie met diverse BV's.
    Deze vertelde het momenteel prima te vinden (lage rente op de bank) om  25% van mijn aandelen te kopen voor een X bedrag.
    Precies wat ik nodig heb. Hij wil daar dan wel dividend over krijgen.
    Dit klinkt allemaal echter wel heel mooi om waar te zijn. Ik ben een DGA en heb 100% van de aandelen. Kan ik zomaar aandelen
    aan een andere BV verkopen? Wat betekent dat juridisch? Belasting technisch?

    @Hans: ja notariële acte, maar daarna? Moet je belasting betalen over die overdracht?  Ik maar wellicht ook hij?
