    Goedemorgen,

     

    Ik heb een vraag over de berekening van de 90% eis voor kwalificerend buitenlandsbelastingplichtige.

     

    Inkomen Nederland € 0,00

    Inkomen Duitsland € - 5000 (verlies)

    Wereldinkomen € -5000 

     

    Klopt het dat het wereldinkomen dan € -5000 is? Of is dit dan € 0?

    Hoe ziet dan de berekening voor de 90% eis eruit?

    Naar mijn mening kan "inkomen" niet negatief zijn. Waaruit bestaat je inkomen in Duitsland ?

    Verklaar  of verduidelijkt "negatief loon' eens ? Wat bedoel je daar precies mee ?

    Als vennoot van een VOF in Duitsland kun je  of winst of verlies maken. In dit geval dus verlies.

    Overigens ... Als je € -5000 invult wordt het eindresultaat (wereldinkomen uit werk en woning) ook € 0

    Is dat wel zo ?

    Praten we over een negatief bedrijfsresultaat of inkomen ?

    Met een negatief bedrijfsresultaat kun je wel degelijk inkomen hebben gegenereerd?
