Nederlandse A1 Verklaring werken in Belgie

Hallo, een lid van ons werkt als zzp'er voor een Belgische opdrachtgever en heeft een A1 verklaring nodig om aan te tonen dat hij in Nederland sociale voorzieningen heeft. Echter het SVB kan deze verklaring pas afgeven als hij 2 maanden in Nederland werkt als zzp'er. Hoe voorkomt deze zzp'er nu een boete door de Belgische autoriteiten?

Dat kan door in België sociale premies te gaan betalen.
Als deze ZZP’er direct na de start van zijn onderneming uitsluitend in België werkt, dat moet hij in België sociale premies betalen.
