    Graag wil ik weten of ik als buitenlandse ondernemer, met een Britse ltd in bezit van een Nederlands BTW nummer en EORI nummer, vanuit Nederland naar de VS kan exporteren. Ik heb me laten vertellen dat enkel import naar Nederland mogelijk is onder deze omstandigheden. Is dit correct?

    Dat klopt. Wettelijk gezien kan een niet in de EU gevestigd bedrijf niet in de uitvoeraangifte vermeld worden als exporteur en sinds 01.01.2021 wordt daar door de douane op gehandhaafd. Dit geldt ook voor iedere andere bestemming buiten de EU, dus niet alleen de VS>
