    Ik kwam onderstaand artikel tegen:

    Wat ik niet begrijp is dat Nederland dus hoog staat op het lijstje van "secrecy", hetgeen mij verbaast omdat het naar mijn weten een koud kunstje is om via het handelsregister en straks het UBO register uit te vinden wie er achter een bedrijf schuilgaat. Vanwaar die hoge notering?

     

    Overigens, geldt Nederland als belastingparadijs alleen voor grote buitenlandse bedrijven.  Als Nederlander heb je er dus niets aan.

    Artikel is van 2020, ubo nog niet live en bij de KvK is het een koud kunstje (CV, Stak) om niet gevonden te worden
