    Hi, 

     

    I am an English meubel maker / entrepreneur living in Amsterdam. 

     

    I am a 50% shareholder in a Dutch BV which has had some financial struggles (the director and other shareholder has been ignoring me for at least 12 months) and I don't have any personal access to view any financial information. 

     

    I need to freelance here and now need to create a ZZP. I am worried of any exposure the ZZP may have due to any poor management of the BV. Also I am married so creating a ZZP then also esposes my wife to my financial risk. 

     

    So I need some good advice if anyone can help - thanks in advance!
