    Hello fellow entrepreneurs, 

    Sorry for posting my question in English, my Dutch is not good yet.

    Me and my wife recently acquired holding and operative BV structure and we would like to finance it from our private money.

    Shall we create some sort of loan agreement between us as private persons and holding? If yes, could someone, please, share a template?

    Is there an obligation to pay interest rates from holding to private persons? Or we can mention that interest rate will be paid once cash flow is noticeable?

    May be someone could point to an article regarding this topic?
