    Hello guys

    I recently moved to the Netherlands and I am about the become self employed as a therapist in alternative medicine. Can anyone tell me what legal structure I have to choose? Also if there are any requirements I have to meet? (Like certain certifikates)

    I would go with a sole proprietorship, but I am not sure, since it would be health related

    In respect of requirements you should be aware of a particular Dutch law called 'Wkkgz'.

     

    Maybe the sites (unfortunately in Dutch) of CAT and the Dutch Company House i.e., 'KVK' can assist you in figuring out what's required.

    de meeste van je vakgenoten kiezen voor een eenmanszaak.

    Als alternatief therapeut moet je wel aan aan aantal eisen voldoen als je wil dat je cliënten in aanmerking komen voor vergoeding uit de verzekering, check de site van de beroepsvereniging voor therapeuten
