    Mijn BV heeft geen schulden noch vorderingen op derden. De winstreserve bedraagt € 47000. De enige debiteur ben ik zelf met een in rekening courant opgenomen bedrag van € 56000. Waar moet ik rekening mee houden als ik de BV zou opheffen?

    Dan heb je dus een aandelenkapitaal van € 9.000

     

    Die gaan (belastingvrij) terug naar de aandeelhouder(s).

     

    Over de winstreserve ben je dan straks in box 2 € 12.643,- (in 2023) verschuldigd.
