    Goedemiddag,

     

    gezien alle wijzigingen in fiscale wetgeving bekijk ik jaarlijks of het wellicht interessanter is om de BV op te heffen en verder te gaan als eenmanszaak.

    wat ik graag zou willen weten is hoe dit in zijn werk gaat.  Wordt het een soort inbreng als destijds van eenmanszaak naar BV of liqidatie van de BV ?

     

    Wat gebeurt er met bedrijfsmiddelen die nog op de balans staan voor 40% van de aanschafwaarde ? (bijv personenauto)

    De BV is verder schoon,  geen schulden aan derden, geen lening of financiering aanwezig, geen verdere verplichtingen.

     

    hopelijk kan iemand hier iets meer over vertellen.
