    Goedemiddag, ik heb een vraag.

     

    Ik heb een holding met daaronder 2 werkmaatschappijen. Overal is 100% eigenaarschap. 

     

    Ik heb rekening couranten lopen bij de 2 werkmaatschappijen. 

     

    Stel, ik wil 6000 euro dividend op papier aan mezelf uitkeren om mijn RC schuld te verlagen. Vanuit 1 van de werkmaatschappijen. Ik betaal dan 15% dividendbelasting (900 euro). In privé betaal ik dan 26,9% - 15% = 11,9% = 714 euro aan box 2 heffing. Echter, dat gebeurt alleen als je aanmerkelijk belang hebt. 

     

    Mijn vraag: 

    - Aangezien ik geen directe aandelen houd in privé van de werkmaatschappijen, heb ik hierin een aanmerkelijk belang? Dus: moet ik in privé die 714 euro betalen? Of mis ik iets in de berekening?

    De experts zullen me vast corrigeren, maar je kan toch alleen dividend uitkeren aan aandeelhouders? Dus vanuit de werkmaatschappij naar jou als prive kan niet.
