    Mijn business partner waarmee ik samen een BV heb is mij nog geld schuldig, voor een stuk advies / werkzaamheden die niet direct gerelateerd zijn aan de werkmaatschappij. 

    Normaal factureer ik alleen management fee aan de werkmaatschappij, maar kan ik met mijn holding ook gewoon een factuur sturen naar de holding van mijn business partner? Wat beste op de factuur te melden?

    uiteraard kan dat. Je zet er gewoon op welke dienst je verricht hebt...
