    De volgende vraag

     

    Wij zijn woonachtig in Duitsland, dus fiscaal inwoner van Duitsland. Ons bedrijf (VOF) is gevestigd in Nederland waar we dus ook belasting betalen.

    We hebben geen inkomsten uit werk in Duitsland.

    We doen zowel in Duitsland als Nederland aangifte IB.

    Ben ik dan ook fiscaal inwoner van Nederland? Of kun je niet fiscaal inwoner zijn van twee landen?

    Als je in Google 'fiscaal inwoner' intikt, dan...:

     

    "Als natuurlijk persoon bent u fiscaal inwoner van Nederland als u uw permanente woon- of verblijfplaats in Nederland hebt."

    Vrij duidelijk toch? 

     

    Je kan natuurlijk wel ook belastingplichtig zijn in NL, ook woon je elders. Zoals kennelijk in jullie geval.
