    Goedemorgen,

     

    Ik ben een zzp’er en kan mijn krediet van de bank niet afbetalen. Verder ben ik gedupeerde in het kader van de kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire. Ik kon de bankschuld indienen als private schuld. Echter volgde er geen kwijtschelding, omdat de bank schuld opeisbaar is geworden na 1 juni 2021. 
     

    Ik zoek oplossingen. Is het mogelijk als zzp’er een verzoek in te dienen voor de - minimissteun? Waar kan dat en hoe doe ik dat?

    ja, afgewezen. Valt buiten termijn van opeisbaar worden.

    Welke activiteiten voer je uit als zzp’er ?

    Is er al contact met de bank geweest om tot een oplossing te komen, bijvoorbeeld voor een langere afbetalingstermijn ?
