    Kan ik de hoge schuld aan de bv verkleinen door het economisch eigendom van een paar appartementen  die ik privé heb over te dragen aan de bv?

    naar ik gehoord heb betaal ik dan geen overdrachtsbelasting en kan ik de excessieve dga lening fors verkleinen zonder de verplichte dividend belasting te moeten betalen.

    graag hoor ik van jullie of di mogelijke is.

    Dat had kunnen werken.... tot 1995.

    Sterker nog, sinds 1-1-2021 geldt bij de economische eigendomsoverdracht standaard het hoge tarief

    Wat zou dan het voordeel zijn om economisch  over te dragen  boven een normale juridische overdracht
