    Graag jullie mening over de volgende situatie:

     

    Partner A en partner B zijn niet getrouwd maar hebben minstens 10 jaar samengewoond en hebben samen kinderen.

    Nu wil Partner A een bedrag nalaten aan partner B van minimaal 175.000 euro.

    Hoe kan dit belastingtechnisch het voordeligste worden gedaan in het voordeel van Partner B?

     

    Wie wil en kan hierover meedenken?
