    Ik heb even een vraagje. 

     

    Mag een holding facturen sturen naar klanten anders dan de werk bv die eronder zit? 

     

    Hypothetisch: 

     

    Holding -> werk bv in kunst


    Echter ben ik bezig met een passie project. De eerste 2 jaar zal dit nog maar heel weinig opbrengen. Af en toe een klantje, misschien 2x per jaar. 

    Mag ik die klant een factuur sturen vanuit de holding? Het project heeft totaal niets te maken met de werk bv en ik kan niet via die bv de factuur naar de klant sturen. 

     

    Dus in het kort: mag ik facturen vanuit de holding sturen naar klanten anders dan de werk bv?
