    Hallo ik heb een vraag die ik nergens kan vinden .Ik ben 22 en wil een KVK open voor een webwinkel op mijn oma adres .Heeft  het invloed op huur toeslag of wat dan ook  ik werk er 2 uur per dag  dus woon er niet

    Het is handiger om je eenmanszaak in te schrijven op je eigen woonadres. Je kan niet zomaar een bedrijf vestigen op een ander adres. Daarvoor heb je een huurcontract nodig.

    Dat is het nu juist ik heb zelf een post adres zit op een camping. Dus dat wordt het niet  vandaar ook bij mijn oma

    Houd rekening met de informatieplichten van webwinkels.

    - de naam van het bedrijf

    - het bezoekadres

    - het adres voor klachten

    - het telefoonnummer en e-mailadres

    - uitleg over hoe hij met uw persoonsgegevens omgaat

     

    Als je niet voldoet aan de informatieplichten, kan dat leiden tot boetes en gedwongen sluiting van de webwinkel.

     

    De Hoge Raad heeft bovendien in 2021 beslist dat rechters bij een geschil tussen een webwinkel en een consument ambtshalve moeten toetsen of de webwinkel heeft voldaan aan de informatieplichten.

    Ik zelf ga branden dropshipping doen. Dus er komt niemand thuis  dat mag ook niet als iemand  een woning huurt

    Dus dat geeft geen probleem. ?? Want daar was oma ook bang voor .Ben er maar 2 uur per dag

    Nu heb ik alles in order Belasting dienst geweest . Moest alleen nog toestemming. Hebben van woningbouw. Hebben ze het afgekeurd. .Omdat ik geen binding heb met de woningbouw  .Dit vind ik belachelijk

    google maar eens op inschrijvingsadres KvK. Voor een paar tientjes per maand heb je dit opgelost

    Probleem is dat  ik een brief adres heb bij iemand .Omdat ik me niet kan inschrijven op een camping  .En. Heb al gebeld voor een adres voor een paar tietjes. Maar ik moet een privé adres hebben .Dus krijg het niet voor elkaar
