    Beste allen,

     

    Ik zit in een maatschap en heb ik een resultaat aandeel van € 45k. Nu is de jaarrekening van de maatschap definitief. Buiten de maatschap heb ik ook kosten voor mezelf, zoals representatiekosten, reiskosten, literatuur, afschrijvingskosten op activa (laptop en bureautje en bureaustoel). Dus voer ik aparte boekhouding voor me zelf wat mijn kosten betreft. Totaal kosten heb ik € 1500.

     

    Hoe verwerk ik deze in de inkomstenbelasting. 

    Moet ik de Resultaat aandeel van € 45k uit de maatschap aangeven als omzet in de aangifte IB en vervolgens de kosten opvoeren in de aangifte inkomstenbelasting?

    Het eenvoudigste is om twee ondernemingen in te vullen. Dus de maatschap als samenwerkingsverband en jouw buitenmaatschappelijke kosten als eenmanszaak
