    Graag wil ik een vraag voorleggen.

    In een werkmaatschappij heeft mijn beheer BV 60% van de aandelen en wil ik 40% overdoen aan mijn zoon.

    Zoon is meerderjarig en werkt al 7 jaar in de werkmaatschappij.

    Kan ik van de BOR gebruik maken of is dit ivm de beheer BV een onmogelijk verhaal?

    Ik ben heel benieuwd naar jullie ideeën hierover.

    De BOR vindt op het niveau plaats van de DGA, dus dan werkt dit niet. Je zou wel je beheer BV kunnen splitsen, en je zoon aandeelhouder maken in de afgesplitste BV waar de 40% aandelen in de werk BV onder hangen.
