    Mag/kan ik een holding en werk BV opzetten die de komende 2 jaar geen enkele werkzaamheden verricht?

    Dus geen verkopen, aankopen, salaris DGA etc. 

    De BV gaat pas over 2 jaar "draaien". 

     

    Het hele plan voor de komende 2 jaar is plannen en voorbereiden.
