    Kan een stille vennoot investeren met een dienst of arbeid? Of kan dit alleen met een financieel kapitaal (harde munt).

    Naar mijn mening alleen in pecunia, want met een dienst of arbeid is er toch wel héél snel sprake van enige bemoeienis en dan wordt deze hoofdelijk aansprakelijk gelijk aan de beherend vennoot.
