    Beste allemaal,

     

    Ik ben mijn zzp aan het omzetten naar een holding constructie. ik heb een zakelijke auto (2e hands) die op de balans staat. hij is nog niet volledig afgeschreven.

    Hoe moet ik die onderbrengen in mijn Holding BV straks?

     

    ik hoor graag tips!

    Bedoel je fiscaal/administratief? Dat zal je adviseur die dit traject doet voor je je kunnen vertellen.

     

    Praktisch is het heel simpel: nadat de BV opgericht is, schrijf je het kenteken over. Dat kan bijv. bij Primera
