    Een vraagje...

     

    ik heb bij de aanschaf de btw van mijn auto afgetrokken. Voor de btw is de auto zakelijk, voor de IB is ie privé. Dus de kosten zelf trek ik allemaal niet af.

     

    Nu heb ik een PHEV met oplaadkabel. Deze is defect. Wil dus een nieuwe kopen. Valt dat onder iets van "onderhoud, reparatie " etc of is de btw daarvan dus niet aftrekbaar omdat het daar niet onder valt?

     

    ik hoor graag van de experts die meer weten over aftrek van btw rondom auto's die voor de btw zakelijk zijn en voor de IB privé.

    De BTW op de oplaadkabel kun je gewoon aftrekken. De auto is immers een BTW auto
